I'm excited because in September our very own ‘Team of Angels’ are trekking in the Himalayas in Nepal to take part in the Highest Ever Charity Sky Dive in the World. They will be making history as they jump from 29,500 ft beside Mt Everest! How cool is that?!
This is seriously high sky diving - When you jump from this height you need much more than just a parachute... You need oxygen - because there's not enough to breathe and a special suit because it's freezing cold ( -40 degrees) when you leap out of the plane and hurtle towards the earth at 140 miles an hour.
Even more amazing and crazy is my mum, Molly, is going to be one of the brave jumpers! I'm so so proud of her... It's time for me to step up and support her the way she’s always supported me. My brother, Daniels’s getting involved too and together we're going to cheer her on through this incredible challenge. we will keep you regularly updated as we plan to be in close communication all along the way. My boyfriend, Matt is also going and will be filming the Angels in action and some of the orphan and street kids projects in Nepal that we are supporting.
I'd love for you all to be a part of this too and it'd mean so much to me if you support our goal of raising $1 Million for Global Angels Charity projects.
