Katherine Corich founded the Sysdoc group 25 years ago and has grown it into a global multi-award winning provider of services in Business Transformation, Cultural Change, Training, Simulated Learning and Knowledge Portals. With operations in four countries; UK, US, Australia and New Zealand, and projects in many more, Katherine leads a dynamic team of ‘can do’ experts and practitioners.
Katherine’s visionary leadership has seen the company win awards for best practice in HR, leading sustainable change, transforming operational business models, being agile and innovative. Sysdoc was named as one of the top 30 companies in the A-Z list of best companies in Britain in the Working for Families award, and was winner of a Global Green Award for Public Sector project for the UK Carbon Trust.
Sysdoc leads the way in so many areas….’we protected native forests before it became fashionable to do so, we funded regeneration of native trees along a beautiful river corridor in New Zealand, and we pioneered family based working models before anyone else had dreamed them possible’.
Katherine qualified as a Commercial Pilot and Flight Instructor and holds a master degree in Sociolinguistics. She travels extensively and has studied / worked in Central Asia, Europe, Western Samoa, Quebec, Australia and New Zealand.
Katherine lives in Oxfordshire with Maarten, and their four children.
